“Arts for Life” – Performing Arts are valuable for all, not just those committed to a career as a performer! Centre Stage School of the Arts is a performance arts school that provides top quality regular after school programmes, one-off workshops and holiday programmes for both children and adults. Established in 1999 and with courses endorsed by Drama UK, they specialise in creative arts programmes from 6 months of age upwards. From creative drama for those wishing to develop confidence and imagination, to acting and musical theatre classes for promising young performers, as well as an extensive dance programme, including Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Contemporary. With Centres at one-north and on the East Coast, Centre Stage is easily accessible. However, they also provide programmes for pre-schools, schools, organisations and the local community.

The strength of the school is in it’s thoroughly researched and rigorously developed courses; delivered by teachers who combine arts education with practical, personal experience of the theatre, tv and film industries.
